While I’m busy finding the very last bug in the forthcoming Quay for Lion update…

here’s a new vocabulary test. Here’s my result:

Your total vocabulary size is estimated to be:
Well, not too bad. There’s about 10 at the last screen I didn’t know, and 3 I wasn’t entirely sure about.

Only logical

Finally an interesting test to open the year. Can you think logically?

I got 14 out of 15 right. The last one (which I got wrong) is declared “controversial” in the answers. Bah.

Name that language…

Well, insert standard excuses here, slump blah blah busy etc. offline stuff heaped to the gills yadda yadda, but something’s coming out soon. Promise.

Meanwhile, here’s a quiz: Name That Language.

I only scored 80% though, argh. Korean vs. Thai and Hindu vs. Bengali threw me; I really should have gotten the first one right.

I am the Supreme Nerd God

Yes, it’s official: And what’s more: So I’m dorkier and nerdier than Rainer Brockerhoff, except in history/literature where Rainer beats me by 10%, but I think that’s more than made up for by the 23% extra on sci-fi/comic. Result!…

While waiting for several updates to download, I took the NerdTest 2.0 update. My score:

At least my “dork” score is 0… icon_wink.gif

The Commonly Confused Words Test: here’s my result:

Your Score: English Genius

You scored 100% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 100% Advanced, and 86% Expert!

You did so extremely well, even I can’t find a word to describe your excellence! You have the uncommon intelligence necessary to understand things that most people don’t. You have an extensive vocabulary, and you’re not afraid to use it properly! Way to go!

Dang. I must check why I didn’t get a 100% expert! This is intolerable!

Aspie test

Just found this test again after several months – this time, via John Scalzi. Last time I forgot to record/post the results. So, for what it’s worth:

Your Aspie score: 132 of 200

Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 79 of 200

You are very likely an Aspie

Been some time without a test, so here’s a brief one: What kind of blogger are you? My result:

Update: the test seems to be no longer there, sorry.
