Occurs to me that it’s been some time since I updated my world map of visited countries, so here’s the latest:

52 countries visited, still lots of places to fill in!

OK, the cruise part of our trip was successfully concluded, with visits to Da Nang, Vietman (the old city Hoi An was the highlight of our trip so far), Sanya (Hainan Island, China) and back to Hongkong; I’m posting from the airport there. Now we still have a week to go in Frankfurt and Paris. Hopefully broadband there will allow posting some pictures; stay tuned.

Progress reports on the coding front are to follow soon, as well.

Whew, busy week. I’m working all my spare time on the new Quay, and meanwhile we’ve seen Manila, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Saigon; lots of pictures and things to assimilate.

Now it’s on to Da Nang, Sanya and back to Hongkong on Saturday, where I hope to be able to post in more detail and answer emails…
