{"id":2094,"date":"2003-12-07T17:16:23","date_gmt":"2003-12-07T20:16:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brockerhoff.net\/bb\/viewtopic.php?p=710"},"modified":"2010-05-08T23:05:25","modified_gmt":"2010-05-09T02:05:25","slug":"digital-imagery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brockerhoff.net\/blog\/2003\/12\/07\/digital-imagery\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Imagery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Although <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/max.htm\">Max Lyons<\/a> has been in the news these days for his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/maxlyons\/gigapixel.htm\">Gigapixel image<\/a> of Bryce Canyon, his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/maxlyons\/index.html\">image gallery<\/a> is well worth a longer visit.<\/p>\n<p>I was particularly taken by the photographs of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/maxlyons\/cgi-bin\/image.pl?gallery=4&amp;showThumbnails=1\">Canadian Rockies<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/maxlyons\/cgi-bin\/image.pl?gallery=3&amp;showThumbnails=1\">Southwest Deserts<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tawbaware.com\/maxlyons\/cgi-bin\/image.pl?gallery=6&amp;showThumbnails=1\">Sierra Nevada<\/a>&#8230; all places where I&#8217;ve been. I can attest they <em>really<\/em> look like that, although my own results were far more modest.
